Tolerance Risk Roller Coster

Day trading can take you on an emotional roller coaster, especially if you're not trading with a solid plan. By not having a solid plan, I've learned about my risk tolerance, a difficult lesson that involves experiencing significant losses. While trading inherently involves some losses, the goal is to minimize them to achieve gains. Profit and loss become clearer once you make your first gain, only to lose it later. The market is unpredictable; all indicators might suggest buying, but after purchasing, the stock seems to wait for you to click the buy button before trending downwards. This scenario is all too common. The question then becomes whether there was enough research or if it's just the nature of the market. This is when I understood what volatility means in terms of stocks. The more volatile the stock, the riskier the trade, meaning you could lose more than you gain. The burn is real, but I've grown wiser from my losses. The emotional roller coaster can be frightening, which is why it's important to know your risk tolerance, remembering that scared money doesn't make money.

tt's essential to understand your tolerance level, which leads to greater happiness and success.
